can i carve my skin with your broken heart?

with your name across my chest like superman

on the edge of my beating heart..

like i do.

stopping the whirls of estacy

i fell and land at your feet

lay your hands on me, wasted soul.

its you who is me.

Dear Dua Pai Lang

I am Alvin here, the webmaster at Youth.SG (www.youth.sg). How are you doing for the New Year? Got to know of your blog thru Tomorrow.SG. : )

Currently, we are organising a blogging festival at Youth.SG to promote expression on the blogosphere. As your blog is one of the better-known blog in Singapore, we are hoping that you can help us to publicise about this by being one of the bloggers to send in an entry; or alternatively, just invite your readers to join our contest.

Launched in December last year, over 2000 blog entries and votes have been submitted for the first 3 rounds of our festival (www.youth.sg/blog/iamfavourites).

We are now entering into Round 4 of this blog festival and participants stand to win a Nintendo DS Lite and an iPod Shuffle (http://youth.sg/blog/2007/02/08/i-am-youthsg-part-4-blog-and-win-a-nintendo-ds-lite/).

The Grand Prize to round up the festival in March will be an Apple MacBook. Note that the prizes are just an added incentive to encourage participation - Youth.SG is a non-profit online portal set up solely to promote youth’s online activities in Singapore. Hence we appreciate any help we can from netizens like you. :)

The details are here: www.youth.sg/blog/iam Just need to write an entry with the theme “I am @ Youth.SG” (theme is free for interpretation), link to us and email the URL and  your personal particulars to iam@youth.sg.

Will appreciate the gesture much!

Do give me a call or drop me an email if you have other queries.

Thank you!

cheers,
Alvin Lim

————————————————————————————————-

recieved this a fewdays ago, and forgot about it.

checked my inbox today and fumbled with it, thinking its my order for my blowup FireLebbit doll.

but lo and behold, someone telling me im young and bashful

and i should blog one for them.

but seriously, Alvin….

im old. like post-pimple, gawky old.

i would love to blog one about the Youth in .SG

but they leave a slight bittersweet taste in my mouth.

and they shat on my carpet..

but could i take this opportunity to shoutout to the ladies born in ‘88/89, year of the Fire Lebbit?

my fortune/fengshui says i should find one for a lifelong passion-filled relationship.

wait, too young for a lifelong, passionate relationship?

dont know what’s fengshui about?

no worries. when ya old and dry like me, you’ll know.

anywhere you want

The B-Unit is one of the most advanced personal authentication devices available. The credit card sized device integrates a biometric sensor-a finger image scanner-to verify the identity of users, allowing them to log in to their TERMINAL from any internet-ready PC, anywhere in the world.

and so i recieved my unit today.

If DBS is using a 2-Factor-Authentication like the iBSecure (notice the ‘i’-suffix…makes everything hip and kewl, eh?) Device..sounds good enough for you…

Then the B-Unit is totally coooool. Its kind of like a 4-factor-Auth device that requires you to login, then scans my print, scans the monitor (yes, you read right. The monitor. Cant tell you more thou.) then generates a code for you to input again.

Gan leh-che.

So now, I can work anywhere there is a PC and a internet-connection AND access my work PC.

Which comes to say, i could be required to work at home too.

nabeh.
