wicked shite

Posted on Monday 28 April 2008

so the cat goes out and the mouse comes out to play

missus is off for her holidays in the Land Of teh Miniskirts and Hentai.

taking this great opportunity, i stole away and went to have fun.

First to The Arena with starmist and RN, which is having this Models’ Night thingy. But surprisingly, the ladies there are no where near ‘model’ quality, and the music just sucks. Okay, maybe not the music. The Sound Engineer sucks. It was pure torture to sit right infront of the stage and crying “Mercy”.

Then to the Gotham Penthouse we went. The music was good though, but noone was dancing ‘cept the lone ranger in ‘Freddy of Elm’s Street’ wear doing his moves. And he is pretty good at it too! Joined at about 12++ by Ed, the non-magical unipoke, Dowagr, Vandalin and cakie. We had copious amount of good-loving alcohol (though, with the training of Skinny and the gang - it’s not even a drop shy of high-inducing cuppa). Had some love going on when the ’strip-tease dance’ came out with Dowagr gasping for air, and presumably creamed herself silly.

Hmm, Wala on 1st. Let’s see if we can bring out the INCREDIBLEHULK in CowboyCaleb this time. heh.

just to add, i miss missus. =(

Your Expectations of a Samaritan

Posted on Tuesday 22 April 2008

I do not expect anything from a samaritan. If they help me, I am thankful and if they do not perform the deed or task well, I still would not blame them because they are helpful and truly want to help out of goodwill. That notion itself is worthy for me to forgive them even if they screw something up.

I always assume that this is typical and most people would think likewise but I have discovered recently that it was wishful thinking on my part. Some people still expect certain standards and expectations for a good deed done. I was appalled, now I am just trying to come to terms with it. Seemed like it’s tough being a nice person in this era. So the next time you give up seat to someone on the train, he or she might grumble about how hot the seat was and why you didn’t give up your seat earlier! :(

Would you expect from a samaritan?

Studies tells us to have sex before 23

Posted on Saturday 19 April 2008

While past research has linked early sexual activity to health problems, a new study suggests that waiting too long to start having sex carries risks of its own.
Those who lose their virginity at a later age — around 21 to 23 years of age — tend to be more likely to experience sexual dysfunction problems later, say researchers at Columbia University and the New York State Psychiatric Institute’s HIV Center for Clinical and Behavioral Studies.

“In my view as a sexuality therapist since the 1970s, the abstinence-only approach is a public health hazard,” Ogden said. “Sexual relationship is complex, and the moment of marriage is not a magic marker.

“Instead of making young people pledge ‘no’ until marriage, we need to be encouraging them to understand their own sexual responses and orientations, learn how to engage in sexual practices that are safe, and acquire intimacy skills that will lead them into caring relationships.”

Right, so it does not pay to stay chaste for your marriage.

Though it’s like a Catch-22 situation - have sex early so you are more exposed to STD (that is if you have sex casually), or have sex later in your life and be forever afraid of it.

So would you rather experience the birds and bees early, or jump right in later in life?

Public Displays of Affection

What is the line drawn here? Mere pecks on the lips? Hugging? French kissing?

Unhooking one’s bra? Touching one’s privates?

Does PDAs turn you off?

Kids Kept for Sex

Posted on Thursday 10 April 2008

We are familiar with rearing animals for personal consumption, dairy products, etc but keeping kids for sex…not one or two but 400 over children and 139 adult women! What the…this is unbelievable, immoral and absolutely atrocious! It happened in Texas and it seemed like the mastermind was intending to create a ‘tribe/clan’ since the culture of having sex with kids is indocrinated to perpetuate the cycle.

DPL is ‘pang tan’

Posted on Saturday 5 April 2008

last night, missus brought me to City Plaza for Arnold’s. While we were waiting, i took a look at these 365Days “Lovely Bears” and search for missus’ birthday bear.

the bears were arranged by their months. While looking at missus’ bear, i noticed a peculiar sight.

my birthday bear, is infront of missus’ bear.

in an August box.

“IT MUST BE A SIGN!!!”, i exclaimed, “MUST BUY MUST BUY!!”, much to her amusement.

DPL is ‘pang tan’.

but come to think of it, what are the chances of the bear of a particular date to land up with the august bears, to be packed in the same box, delivered to the chance place we are visiting, and the shop owner to not notice the mistake, and i deciding to take a look at it at that time?

sometimes, we just can’t ignore such coincidences.

Missus: yeah yeah I agree and usually I won’t buy these keychains but make it an exception since it’s so coincidental! *hugs and kisses*

What Makes Men Fall in Love?

Posted on Thursday 3 April 2008

Read this article which is absolutely interesting. Source

Let me summarise it.

1) Facial Symmetry: research has shown that man are drawn to facial features. Because in an animal world, it means good physical health as we avoid dating ’sickly-looking’ mates. (Anorexic people or underweight models do get hitched too?)

2) Women resembling their mums: as children, we are so used to seeing our parents’ faces that we become attracted to people with similar characteristics. (Ooh I can so imagine my brother falling in love with someone like my mum…screaming, naggy and all.)

3) Your natural odour: pheromones are chemicals released by our body to govern the opposite sex’ attention. Apparently if your genes are too similar to his, you won’t smell nice to him and he won’t fancy you. (hmm what happened to V.C.Andrews??)

4) Emotions: If u force your men to express their emotions to you, it’s a tough battle. Men are less likely to acknowledge their feelings for you. Commitment to man means loss of freedom. (strange but is this how man fall in love? This point seemed rather ‘off”.)

5) Love at 1st sight: when men think of their latest gf, their brain lights up like taking cocaine. Having plenty of sex helps because it generates oxytocin, which helps you to feel bonded. The more you do, the warmer and fuzzier he feels towards you. If you are still starting off, staring at him can send him rushing off to buy flowers or write poetry. (I gather this is at the honeymoon period? I mean I heard of couples who had mindblowing sex for eons but still broke up eventually. Of course, there should be loads of other factors to consider in a relationship.)

It seemed as if attraction for a guy is purely biological and scientific. =.=
